ACTE - Annex Children's Theatre in Education offers performing arts programs for children and youth ages 6 to 15 in Toronto, focusing on musical theatre, improvisation, play creation, and stagecraft. Their supportive, age-appropriate classes promote self-expression, social growth, and confidence, culminating in final performances for family and friends. Unique features include small teacher-to-student ratios, professional teaching artists, and an after-school walking shuttle service.

Summer Day Camp
A two-week performing arts day camp for campers entering grades 2-9, where participants put together a musical and perform it for family and friends. Campers learn acting, singing, dancing, set and costume making, and enjoy daily outdoor activities including sports and cooperative games.
After-School Classes
Age-appropriate performing arts classes for students from Senior Kindergarten to Grade 9, covering drama games, improvisation, character and scene development, singing, dancing, playwriting, and stagecraft. Classes culminate in end-of-term performances.
After-School Walking Shuttle Service
Walking shuttle service available from select local schools to ACTE classes, requiring a minimum of three students per school. Service is offered for after-school programs to assist with transportation.

Customizable drama workshops including lunch-time, after-school, and in-class sessions, as well as school plays designed to meet the needs of schools, teachers, and students.
